Mary Louis Rhodes Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mary Louise Rhodes also known as “ Babe” passed away at age 82. Mary was a resident of Green Forest Arkansas. She passed away at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas on November 12, 2021 after a brief illness. Mary was born to Cassie Mildred Moore Fagan and John Truman Fagan on December 6, 1938 in Anderson County, Kansas. Mary had 3 older siblings: Frank Allen Fagan, Ralph Truman Fagan and Evelyn Maud Fagan; and 4 younger siblings: Lloyd Dale Fagan, Lela Mildred Fagan, John Lee Fagan and Glen Evan Fagan. Mary married Darold Wendell Rhodes September 11, 1960 and they had two daughters Theresa Lynn Rhodes and Brenda Eileen Rhodes. Mary received a BS in Nursing from Fort Hayes University, Kansas. She worked as a Registered Nurse throughout her career in Las Cruces, New Mexico and Harrison, Arkansas. Mary belonged to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Berryville, Arkansas. Mary is survived by her daughters Theresa Rhodes of Corrales, New Mexico and Brenda Rhodes of Green Forest Arkansas; her siblings Ralph Fagan of Fort Worth, Texas; Evelyn Richardson of Kansas; Lloyd Fagan of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; John Fagan of Flagstaff, Arizona, and multiple nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Mildred and John Fagan; siblings Frank Fagan, Lela Fagan, and Glen Fagan and grandson Damon Peacock. Thank you to Circle of Life Hospice for caring for Mary.
