Clay Douglas Brown, age 63, died in his home in Gentry, Arkansas on December 28, 2021. He was born in Seattle, Washington on December 14, 1958, to Marcus Charles Sr. and Esther Elaine (Neshiem) Brown. Clay proudly served his Country in the Navy as a Hull Maintenance Technician & Fire Fighter for 11 years. He learned the trade that made it possible for him to support his family and provide a comfortable life for them. Nothing meant more to Clay than his faith, his family and his freedom. He is preceded in death by both parents, brother, Marcus Charles Brown Jr. and a granddaughter, Adella Ross McTee Brown. He is survived by his wife, Vicki (Combs) Brown of 34 years; son, Aaron and his wife Brianna Brown of Seattle, Washington; daughters, Marie Brown of Gentry, Arkansas, Nicole and husband Jef Gray of Abilene, TX; brother, D. Richard and wife Antonia Brown of Graham, Washington; sisters, Karyn Brown of Seattle, Washington, and Marylyn Withers; 5 grandchildren, Gavin, Lincoln, Noa Brown, and Ethan and Ayla Steiner. Graveside Services will be held at 2:30PM on Monday, January 3, 2022, at the Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
