Teresa Faye Bradford

On July 29, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family, Teresa Faye Bradford peacefully stepped out of the arms of those who loved her on earth and into the arms of her Savior. After a long and courageous battle, the body that had fought so hard was made whole, and she entered into perfect peace. Born on November 23, 1952, Teresa lived a life marked by fierce love, unwavering generosity, and a determination to care for those around her. She often reminded her family, “Things can be replaced, but people can’t,” and she lived those words every day. More than anything, Teresa valued people. She loved deeply, gave freely, and always put those she cared about before herself. If you knew Teresa, you knew her heart was even bigger than her personality. She is lovingly survived by her mother, Maudie Jech of Gentry; her daughter, Shawna (Ricky) Davis of Springdale; her son, Brent (Dawn) Bradford of Sand Springs; her brothers, Terry (Cheryl) Jech of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jeff (Patti) Jech of Berryville, and Jan Reed of Texas. She was welcomed into Heaven by her father, Dennis Jech, and her husband, Charles Bradford. Teresa was a proud and devoted “Meme” to her five cherished grandchildren: Lindsey Davis, Lacey Davis, Logan (Allie) Davis, Miklaya Bradford, and Brady Bradford. She also claimed countless “bonus grandchildren” throughout her life, and each one proudly called her Meme. Her love knew no boundaries, and there was always room in her heart for one more. Among family and friends, Teresa was affectionately known as “So Bossy.” And yes—it fit her perfectly! She had a remarkable gift for taking charge, keeping everyone in line, and making sure things were done the right way. But those who knew her best understood that behind her bossy ways was a heart overflowing with love. She wasn’t trying to control people—she simply wanted the very best for them. She loved fiercely, cared deeply, and never hesitated to show up when she was needed. Teresa leaves behind a legacy of faith, laughter, strength, and unconditional love. Though her voice may be quiet now, the lessons she taught, the memories she created, and the love she shared will continue to shape the lives of those who knew her for generations to come. While our hearts ache with her absence, we rejoice knowing she has heard the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant,” and is forever healed in the presence of her Savior. Until we meet again, Meme… we’ll do our best—but we know you’d probably tell us we’re doing it wrong. And honestly, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. No regrets.
