Lynne Girard

Lynne Forte’ Hale Girard, 75, of Siloam Springs, AR, passed away on January 19, 2016, at the Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab Center in Siloam Springs. Lynne was born on January 11, 1941 in Ware, Massachusetts to Norman Harlan Forte and Doris Bourie’ Forte’. She married Edward Alan Hale Sr. in 1958 and remained good friends after their divorce in 1970. Edward preceded her in death in 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Roger Forte and nephew Todd Forte. Lynne was a devoted sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and very special person to many family and friends. Lynne is survived by two daughters, Shyrl Lynne Reynolds of Siloam Springs, AR and Floy Louise Hale of Rogers, AR; two sons, Edward Alan Hale Jr. and wife Kristi of Gentry, AR, Albert Lee Girard Jr. of Springtown, AR; three sisters, Leila Bliss of Portland, TX, Myrle Koch and husband Oris of San Antonio, TX, and Diane Schonefeld and husband Orville of Katy, TX; one sister-in-law, Geneva Forte’ of Austin, TX; one brother, David Forte’ and wife Mary of San Antonio, TX; eight grandchildren, Danny Earl Reynolds Jr of Bella Vista, AR, Richard Edwards Reynolds of Bartlesville, OK, Meril James Reynolds (Jimmy) and wife Caycee of Utah, Kristalyn Dawn Roberts and husband David of Gentry, AR, Christopher Alan Hale of Gentry, AR, Alessya and Atreyue Girard of Grove, OK; step grandson, Todd Richard Reynolds and wife Karen of Elkins, AR, and six very special great grandchildren, Liliea Lynne Nicole Reynolds (Lily) of Siloam Springs, AR, Meril James Reynolds Jr. (JJ), Sierra Stone, and Caleb Christiansen all of Utah; step grandchildren Stephen Alexander Reynolds (Alex) and DeAnna Nicole Reynolds of Elkins, AR, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and lots of friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends and being a great grandmother brought her great pleasure and a special joy. One of Lynne’s best qualities was that she loved people and especially helping others. She had an “adoptive” daughter, Sandy Boone of Siloam Springs, AR and three “adoptive” grandchildren, Makenzie Kessinger, Millie Kessinger and Cayson Kessinger all of Siloam Springs, AR, along with several others she considered her own children and blessed each one with her presence and love. Lynne loved the Lord and attended New Life Church of Siloam Springs before entering Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab Center. The family would like to invite you to celebrate the life of Lynne at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at New Life Church in Siloam Springs.
