Deborah Ann Billings

Deborah Ann Billings, 60, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away on March 2, 2025, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Born on March 10, 1964, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Charles Rowbotham and Margie Ellen Holman. Deborah married James Raymond Billings Jr., on April 21, 2007, in Lincoln, Arkansas. She was a devoted member of New Life Church in Siloam Springs. She loved Pontiac cars, particularly GTOs, and was an avid fan of NASCAR, with Jeff Gordon being her favorite driver. Deborah also enjoyed fishing, crafting, and spending time with her beloved dogs. She will be remembered for her warm heart and the joy she brought to those around her. Deborah was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Ellen Holman; her father, Melvin Charles Rowbotham, and her sister, Donna Kay Rowbotham. She is survived by her husband, James Raymond Billings Jr. of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; four daughters, Kimberly Dawn Vernon of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Kelly Denise Vernon of Pryor, Oklahoma, Kamber Diann Vernon of Gentry, Arkansas, and Kandice Danette Vernon of Pryor, Oklahoma; her son, Dayton Ray Billings and wife, Savanna of Siloam Springs; four granddaughters, Marissa Leeann Vernon-Martin and husband, Jonathan of Rose, Oklahoma, Hailey Elizabeth Dawn Koelsch, of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Grayce Kay Lankford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Autumn Dawn Applegate of Chouteau, Oklahoma; nine grandsons, Tyler Vann Applegate of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Kaleb Vann Applegate of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Dylan Vann Applegate of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Damion Jay Calcott and wife, Evelyn of Gentry, Arkansas, J.J. Calcott of Gentry, Arkansas, Chayce Jay Lankford of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Zachary Austin Vernon of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Maddox Lee of Salina, Oklahoma, and Malaki; six great granddaughters, Kenzley Payton Koelsch of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Freyja Rain Martin of Rose, Oklahoma, Oaklynn Mae Applegate of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Leila Applegate of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Londyn Raye Billings of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Nova Applegate of Chouteau, Oklahoma; four great grandsons, Lochlen Ray Martin of Rose, Oklahoma, Ronan Stone Martin or Rose, Oklahoma, Henry Steven Koelsch of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, and Hudson Shane Applegate of Skiatook, Oklahoma; one sister, Deanna Lynn Bates of Charleston, North Carolina; two brothers, David Charles Rowbotham and wife, Brandy of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Danny Ray Rowbotham of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three nieces, and six nephews. A memorial service is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. at New Life Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
